The CIO reports directly to the Executive Director while also indirect reporting to the Board of Directors’ Investment Committee. The CIO oversees a total staff complement of 17 through 6 direct reports. Responsibilities include proposing the asset allocation strategy, overseeing periodic asset/liability reviews, evaluating/selecting/contracting with external asset managers and monitoring their performance.
Executive Director - Human Services Nonprofit Organization
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for directing strategy and operational execution for this $7.4 million human services nonprofit entity. The Executive Director oversees a staff of 32 through 5 direct reports which include a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Programs Officer, Chief Development Director, and the Human Resources Director.
President & CEO - $3 Billion Regional Bank Holding Company
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, of which he also serves as a member, the President & CEO is responsible for directing the strategic planning, operational execution, and growth strategies for this Midwestern regional bank holding company. All Regional Executive Vice Presidents report to the President & CEO with significant interaction with individual bank Presidents.
Deputy Chief Investment Officer - Statewide Public Pension Plan with over $200 Billion in Assets Under Management
The Deputy CIO reports directly to the CIO and directs the work of all Asset Class Directors. She plays a major contributory role in asset allocation strategies and has significant interaction with the Board of Director’s Investment Committee and external asset managers.
Executive Director - State Agency Directing Environmental Regulations & Compliance
The Executive Director oversees an operating budget in excess of $200 Million and reports directly to a gubernatorial appointed Board of Directors. The Executive Director, along with the Board’s guidance, determines strategic direction and operational execution for this sizeable State agency. The Executive Director has significant interaction with the State’s Executive Administration, other State agencies, constituents, the media, and the general public. The Executive Director oversees a statewide workforce of 295 through 9 direct reports.
Chief Development Officer - Regional Performing Arts Organization
The Chief Development Officer directs a comprehensive fund development program that incorporates corporate sponsorships, grants, major gifts, planned giving, annual membership donations, events, and capital campaigns. The Chief Development Officer reports directly to the President & CEO but interacts extensively with the Board of Director’s Fund Development Committee. The Chief Development Officer maintains her own portfolio of contributors while overseeing a staff of 12 through 3 direct reports.
